Get under the truck to inspect it, something could be loose or broken or something got caught underneath.

Have you checked the bearing hubs? Does turning the wheel lessen the noise? If it gets quieter when turning the wheel, determine which turn direction made it quiter and that will be the bad bearing hub. It is fairly simple to change, so if you mechanically inclined you can save yourself money by doing the work yourself. There are also how to videos on YouTube to show you the way. Hope this helped.
