When it is cold outside my inside components such as windows gauges and radio do not work. When the truck worms up they all come on in my 2004 f150 triton 4.6 2wd

Clearly the main power source is a bit dodgy...what it needs is a refresh of the connection with a wirebrush and water rinse...the Ground cable has ONE to the engine block and the Other to the chassis...think perhaps the chassis one is cut or corrupted...check the cleanliness and wirebrush or use a little brake cleaner to establish a solid GROUND connection to the chassis~!
You have a oose connection somewhere, the fact that it works after it warms up, is a coinsidence, it works after it establishes connection, it'll probably work if u leave the key on for a while even if truck is cold. Check connecting plugs at the computers on firewall on passanger side
