Clicking noise when cold weather start attempting

When the temp drops to 10 below or lower it wont
start or crank,clicks once and that's
it,radio,lights,everything seems to be getting power
just no crank,I plug the block heater in and after 20
minutes or so it will start after being jumped ,is this
just the battery?

That's what I think also,I just wanted another opinion,we just recently bought the truck,and other than a tick that I've been told is common with these trucks,I've been pleased

Extremely cold weather affects the battery performance and thickens oil, making it harder to circulate through the engine. Try jump starting the engine from a running engine on cold mornings when it will not start immediately. If it starts right up, suspect battery.
