You can buy one from your local auto parts store for the year, make, model, and engine in your truck. It'll have to be flashed (programmed) using your VIN (vehicle identification number) anyhow. HTH. -Jim
Check with your local Ford dealership's parts department. They should be able to get you a part number and price from your VIN number.
