Make sure the battery has a full charge and connections all good. Use a digital multimeter and do all the testing you can before going to a discount auto store. In the past, I have had them lie to me about charging system, I had tested the system myself before I ever went to the store. The guy put his tester on it, told me it was good, I got out of the car ask him to let me see the reading on his tester, he went to backing up, wouldn't let me see it. He Finally admitted there was a problem, but, he didn't have another generator for my vehicle. I just walked off, never went back. That was several years ago. Sorry for venting, I saw several possible trouble codes for your charging system, p0 and p1 codes. Check for codes. To check for codes, yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader that will work with your vehicle, and read manufacturer specific codes as well as p0 codes. Like I said you can use a digital multimeter for some testing. As far as the battery, you can check too much amp draw, everything off.

short simple test for alternator start truck disconnect battery if engine dies then suspect alt as bad BUT. f150's have a known issue with the plug on the backside of the alt wires get corroded and cause issues check those connections before condemning alt
