00 f150 dash lights and headlights flickering

I have a 00 f150 4x4 4.6l that has light flickering issues
took it to autozone and had battery and alternator tested
several times over the past few months all tested good.
When driving their fine till you stop then rpms dip down and
lights will flicker till you rev it again. Has been getting worse
over past months and ideas?

Check idle air control valve....sounds like the issue is in that system anyways. Has it been running a lean air/gas mix? The way it sounds its acting like it wants to stall out.
