truck overheats temp rises and truck starts runnig with a miss

when it starts missing i shut it off and the miss is gone and the temp is back to
normal what could it be

Fix the cause of the overheating. Your truck may need a cooling system service. Flush, new hoses, new belt and new coolant.

It starts missing an dc i check a coil and tjere is one that appears bad i shut truck off and start it back up and the miss is gone

Ive put new stat in and belt and tension pulley and flush heater core i will have heat and then it goes away

The overheating may be causing the miss. Post the trouble codes if you have them.
