1998 ford f150 xl 5.4 triton 4x4 a good truck and how many miles can u get on one and are they reliable with just minor repairs?

It all depends on maintenance given and mistreatment. I've seen some 5.4 with 250k and still working without any issues and I've seen some with 80k that have low oil pressure
