large amount of air from bottom of truck

when I start my truck a large amount of air comes out from the bottom of the truck. same
thing happens when I drive untill I hit 45 miles an hour. What could it be?

Exhaust leak? Is your exhaust louder than normal? By air, are you describing smoke?

No exhausted leaks. Large air comes out from under the fan clutch, I got the fan clutch replaced. Air stopped for 2 weeks.
