No spark

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck was idleing very rough and some black
smoke when idleing. Touch the gas and it seems
ok. Once in a while it just turns over but wont start,
no spark. Now just wont start, no spark while
cranking but on some attempts as the key is
released on occation it fires a couple times. Also
no 10 volt at the ignition module when key it in the
run position. Any thoughts...

Finally had a chance to change the crank sensor and ignition switch, no change... still doesnt start... Wiring looks ok too. Any other thoughts.?
