Have a 1996 Ford F150 Eddie Bauer. Front seats are shot. Will seats from2004-2008 F150 Crew cab fit?

Original drivers seat is broken. Would like to replace with newer seat, maybe power. Will front seats from 2004-2008 F150 Crew Cab fit?

They will but you may need to modify the mounting brackets by drilling new holes...

If you have to drill new holes you will have to reinforce the floor pan under the vehicle. If not, you could end up through the windshield with the seat affixed to your butt in the event of a collision.
