Ihave a 95 f150,300,5speed, bw1356 tranfer case it binds when I put it in 4wd justn like it does if you turn the wheels to far acts identicle when it binds. It runs fine in2wd put over 1000 miles on just fine

I have a 95 f150,300,5speed, bw1356 tranfer case it binds when I put it in 4wd just n like it does if you turn the wheels to far acts identicle when it binds. Otherwise It runs fine in 2wd put over 1000 miles on just fine I can probably fix it my self .I have been a mechanic for years  If all it needs is 1 part I don't want to buy a rebuild kit or even a case The truck was very well maintained unlike most junk you work on
