1995 ford f-150 with twin tanks not getting fuel even though we have power to both pumps relays in the fuse box are good also. When the switch is flipped both tanks show same amount of fuel.

That sounds like the switching valve in the frame rail is stuck, so it is not switching tanks fully, try putting your hand on the valve and have some one flip the switch a few times, you should be able to fell the motor run each time it is switched, if not then the valve is bad.

I forgot about the other system, it uses fuel pressure from the in tank pumps to do the switching, for it to work you must have functioning fuel pumps inside the fuel tanks.
