1995 ford f-150 with twin tanks not getting fuel even though we have power to both pumps relays in the fuse box are good also. When the switch is flipped both tanks show same amount of fuel.

I have a 96 ford f150 xL I used to hear the fuel pump come on but now I don't hear it when I turn the switch on can you help
