Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 95 f150 has great ac. But when I apply
the gas to pass or have to accelerate going
up hills the AC quits blowing. When I level
speed out the AC blows again.

Does it blow through the defroster vents under acceleration? If so this means you have a vacuum leak somewhere in the HVAC system.

Not sure. I will check the lines going up to firewall. And the vac one way valve first. But I think that's the problem. Thanks for a starting point.
