How do I get the water pump off my ford 302 straight 6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How do I get my water pump apart to replace it? I have the pump itself off but I can't figure out how to get the balancer and the fan off the old pump.

Remove the screws and separate. Here is a diagram: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.davebean.com/images/waterpump.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.davebean.com/specials.htm&h=231&w=393&sz=25&hl=en&start=17&tbnid=mYMriS4RD2OQeM:&tbnh=73&tbnw=124&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dwater%2Bpump%2Bfor%2Ba%2Bcar%26ndsp%3D20%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26sa%3DN It should come apart easily.
