Possible causes Random Misfires: - Faulty spark plug (s) - Faulty ignition coil (s) - Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s) - Intake air leak - Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted - Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection - Ignition coils harness is open or shorted - Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection - Insufficient cylinders compression - Incorrect fuel pressure
First thing to do is change the spark plugs if you have over 100,000 miles and they haven't been changed. Pay particular attention to the spark plug boots and wires and replace if necessary. Next I would clean the MAF sensor. Rowefast is correct in that all the things he listed and more can cause random miss fires.
