what is the normal operating temperature of the 04 trailblazer??is it normal too reach 114 DEGREES CELCIUS

We just road test a trailblazer installed with a tech 2..and in traffic conditions the temperature reaches up to 114 c.but it goes down when it drives to high speed..we just replaced the Ev fan clutch and reprogram it..is it normal to go up up to 114

Normal should be ~200 degrees Fahrenheit.
