Can I access fuel pump from inside dodge ram 3500?

I want to change my fuel pump and the tank is full, but was told that it was probably accessable from above insde....

never heard of fuel pump access from inside a truck. Some smaller cars yes. If you can find the location of the pump then look directly above it for access. If there isnt then the tank needs dropped.
