Can you change a Resonator (air) from a Chev Cavalier 2001 to a 2001 S10? Mine has a hole in it and I cannot find one, but I have found Cavilier ones everywhere!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This has to do with the intake Resonator on a 2001 Chev S10.  I cannot find
any for the truck, but I have seen a lot of ones for the same year as a Chev
Cavalier and the also have the same 2200 on the top of the box.  Will it work if I
change it out?

Resonators are not essential. Block off the holes if you eliminate it.
