My 07 chevy hhr has a loose rotor on the drivers
side any help on what i can do

Ed is correct but if you mean a loose caliper, you better park it and get it tightened up before it jams up the brakes and you crash. A good mechanic can reach behind the wheel and tighten those two caliper bolts without taking anything apart.
