I may pitch a 2010 Ford Escape today. It got a
decent review from a mechanic yesterday and it
rode nice when I drove it briefly. The owners all took
meticulous care of it. My concern is it has 182,000
miles on it. Also need confirmation on if it is an
AWD version.
Who out there has an idea of the lifespan of a 2010
Ford Escape?

Lifespan is hard to determine but the average is 10yrs or so. Far as confirmation for AWD, it should be on the paperwork, the cars history, etc....
