Poor gas Milage

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2007 V6  Hyundai Santa Fe limited all wheel drive.
Which has 85000 miles on it. This thing really stinks on
gas something has to be mechanically wrong with it but
according to the dealer the previous owner did every single
recall when it came up and maintain this vehicle perfectly.  
Yet i drive 3.8 miles and it uses a 1/2 a tank of gas.  Which
costs $30 to fill up backup.  Why or what would be causing
this?

You may have a fuel leak. Get it to a mechanic ASAP or you might just go up in a ball of flames. The dealership would be my choice for this.

It's Been to the dealership and nothing is wrong with it it did have the fuel floats replaced. It also gets oil changes when needed by dealership
