Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe won't start. Just
had a brand new alternator put on two
weeks ago. Car ran for a week. Had to put
water in the battery twice then it started
right on up. After that it wouldn't start. Now
there is enough juice for me to turn my radio
on and my dash and headlights will come
on. Could this possibly be my battery having
a low cells in it?

Your battery can have enough power to make the radio, panel lights and head lamps work, but still not all that is required to make the starter turn the engine. If a cell is low or bad this can very well be your problem. You will need a multimeter to test the battery.
