Reasonable price for used 2016 Santa Fe sports

I know a person who tries to sell used 2016 Santa Fe sports and I am trying to
negotiate with him for the pricing.

2016 Santa Fe Sports
20,000miles
Trim of leather seats
$18,000 of down payment still left
When he went to dealers to ask for a price for his car, they call $13,000.

What do you guys think is the most appropriate price to buy such car?

Honestly I would recommend skipping the Hyundai and getting a better car.
