If you are talking about how to review when on CarGurus.com it says 1 accident reported or 1 owner, this is just a brief overview of the AutoCheck history. You would have to see if the dealer has a full AutoCheck or CarFAX history on file. If there is a text or chat button to the right of the photo you can also ask a CarGurus rep to see if they have one and if they don't they can get you in touch with the dealer to see if they have one.
