Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Why does your site get involved in the
price that your customer is pricing a car?
Why you put next to the price ;" Priced too
high " or " price above market " ? Isn't that
up to the seller? Why you do that?

No, it's really up to the buyer. That's the person who determines what the car is worth. Car Gurus is merely telling you what the buyers are thinking.
