Some brake switches can work 38 out of 43 times and be bad. Have you hooked it up with a test light and just pressed on that tip about a hundred times to see if it fails a few times? No power at switch with key on? Not understanding how you could have power at switch but none at fuse box...is the terminals in the fuse box squeezing the fuse well enough? This can be a point of issue.

I have tested switch numerous times with probe and it still works fuse prongs are tight and still nothing

When you turn key, does your power probe give you power on one side of fuse and ground on the other for the fuse of the brake switch? If not you might have an issue under fuse box. Green crusties...
