Can 2006 5.7 truck hemi e replaced with a 2006 5.7'car hemi?

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram trx4 with a blown motor I
found a 2006 motor out of a Dodge Charger. Will
this motor swap work and what all has to be done
for it to work if so?

I don't see any problem here, all you may have to do is swap a few parts from one to the other.

The two engines are probably tuned differently. The car engine will probably have less torque.

Thats why you may have to swap some parts to get the same set-up. The computer in the truck is whats tuned for the application.
