Will a 350 5.7l Chevy 2500 engine fit in a
dodge HD 1500 with a 5.9l?

It would almost certainly "fit". But it won't hook up to anything at all including the transmission.

Ok what is compatible between the two trucks? Point being I have a frame damaged Chevy and a dodge would I be able to use anything. Meaning if I had to do engine and tran what other problem might arise.
