battery not charging

Question type: Car Customization

I changed a motor out of a 89 Chevy Silverado
in to a 92 Scott dale . I changed the motor
harness and tail light and head light harness  
and the dashboard the only thing I changed
inside was the instrument cluster . I have
changed the altanater and battery three times
already. I've cleaned grounds and check ed
wires nothing bad what could be the problem
