93 Jeep Cherokee won't start

My 93 Jeep Cherokee died in the middle of
the road...managed to roll into a parking
lot...it has battery, try to start. Has fuel
pressure. Everytime you turn the key it
blows the small engine control fuse..put a
an unbelievable fuse (for lack of a better
word) in and it blows the bigger engine
control fuse..found some bare wires ..taped
them..also bypassed the safety back up
light start neutral switch...thinking it's the
computer shorted..

Would like to disconnect computer and see if it still blows...not sure how
