96 toyota camry

I bought a 96 camry with bad motor i bought a
used motor we got it all installed but it won't start
it wants to, so I know it's got somthing to do with
the fuel  we have tried a few things but could use
some sugestions

If you are sure it is a fuel issue,check the fuel filter then fuel pressure,fuel relay,fuel pump,in that order,all so one more thing to motor swap you did,did you replace the ECM/Brain with the donor engine,if not that may be the issue.
