I have a 2005 f350 headlights go out going down
the road and at the time the bright headlight
indicator  comes on

If both lights are doing this then there's a shortinthe wire harness somewhere you'd have to chase it dwn and rewire or it may be the connector it's hard to say til you locate the problem
