Are these tires good enough to be used still?

I have a pair of goodyear wrangler that
have been outside for a few years. They
have a small amount of cracking going on
and I'd like to know if they're safe to try
and sell. I have pictures so if you could

small amount you say...anyway you can use baby oil and clean them on the inside and outside...dont use armorall...that will dry them out even more !
