Car cranks @ every 4 to 6 seconds wants to
start but will not . after cranking can smell
gas odor ? Looking for answers car ran fine
all i did was change a dead battery out sat
for @ week ANY HELP PLEASE

If it is wanting to start, then there is spark. This may be a fuel issue. Should have fuel pressure checked, should be 56 to 63 lbs. Also do a bleed down test, I am suspecting leaky fuel injectors, spider lines, and fuel regulator assembly.
