Car won't go over 20 mph and cuts off

button still runs really rough and cuts off
2002 Mitsubishi eclipse

I got a friend that’s owns a Cadillac Escalade and it only goes 20 mph we changed the the battery fuel pump and some sensors and nothing wat could it be
