where are the fuses to the power locks located

Depends on the model, make & year of vehicle. More often than not; there will be a fuse box, inside, underneath the driver's side; some up under the steering, most newer cars are under the steering column & in the left wall. Your car's manual should also tell where. When you take the cover off; there's normally a diagram of what each fuse & where it goes
