2011 ford fiesta sel manual transmission tail lamps not working,but.. both brake and turn signals are fine front and rear, also the lower front lamps/fog lights?/ not working either. . . ??

I also have to manually turn the light switch  
to driving lamps and then the radio lights
come on. Not sure if this is also part of
issue?
