Just replaced starter and jeep still won't start

I have a 97 jeep grand cherokee and I replaced the starter and It still won't start it just
clicks. I can't see anything out of the ordinary, does any one have any advice to help get it
started?

First make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight and that the battery is fully charged or try giving it a jump.
