Does the engine fan come on when the engine gets hot? ~~Is the radiator fill ? Walk around to the back of the car while the engines running ... does the exhaust look normal? Have you had any work done to the car lately

WE HOT WIRED MY FANS SO THEY WORK I THINK. EXHAUST SMOKES FOR MIN AFTER START. JUST THE THERMOSTAT AN WATER PUMP
