how can water get in to the oil

A blown head gasket can allow water to mix with the oil.


Hope it is just a blown head gasket Not a cracked head or block


Depending on you vehicle you may also have an oil to water cooler, that's one more way. Usually unfortunately its the 2 more expensive above.
