where is fuel rail?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm supposed to check the fuel line where it connects to the "fuel rail".  I've never heard the "fuel rail" term...what do you think it means?  thanks. Stevo

It is the rail on top of engine that run,s to the injector,s,has gas line coming into it,and will have a small fuel pressure regulator at the beggining of it.If i knowed what type car i could show you.
