Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 chevy silverado 1500,
I've noticed a weird noise and shake
on the brake pedal when I turn the
wheel to the left, this happens only
when I'm pulling in or out the drive
way but yesterday I pulled up to a
parking lot the brake pedal shook
really bad and brakes didn't respond,
thank God the speed bump stopped
me, please help!!!

Do you have any ABS or brake light on in the cluster? If not it could be many things, brake pads, brake rotors, bad wheel bearing, ball joints, tie rod ends, intermediate steering shaft, ect. It could be one or more of those things. Get it in to a REPUTABLE mechanic ASAP. Don't gamble with your safety.
