I have a 2006 envoy/ Denali it says oil pressure low stop engine. I checked the dipstick n it was full. I idle the engine n it turns off but then turns back on a few minutes later. What can it be?

Our 02 did same thing,,dealer said to replace the oil sending unit... I manually checked oil pressure and it was fine.. it appears to be strictly electrical. Hope thia helps.
