If a truck has a shell, does it improve the appearence or saleability of it? (value wise,
maybe because of functionality, or safety for tools?)

cap? Are you talking about a Tonnau (spelling?) cover for Just the bed? I meant a shell.. So, does the shell Detract from the appearance of the truck you're thinkin'?
