1993 nissan 300zx twin turbo keep blowing the 30 amp ignition fuse

every time i try to start overload the fuse and burn out..

roy i just replace it..samething overload the fuse and burn it..possible starter?or ignition cylinder?

find the problem..wires next to exhaust top of the starter it was melted..
