My 99 ford f250 is pouring oil from the oil cooler. Does the seals and gaskets need
replacing?

you could actually clean the mating surfaces, then apply black RTV..wait fifteen minutes and bolt it back together if the hose part looks okay~

Judge_roy, My oil cooler unit is attached to 7.3 turbo diesel motor it about 3 inches dia. And about 24 inches long. Cooler pouring from where cooler tube mounts to 7.3 powerstroke
