who makes new sprinter vans

Sprinter vans are made by Daimler (as in Benz). They are badged in the US under the Dodge, Mercedes and Freightliner brands. They were built in Germany, then taken apart and reassembled here in the US (first in Gaffney SC...then the operation was moved to Charleston SC near the port). Hope this was helpful!
