Looking at buying a 2010 GMC Canyon Work Truck.  It is a 2.9L I4, 4x4, tow package, with manual transmission.  It has 14,000 miles on it.  Is $14,499 a fair price?

I forgot to mention it comes with a Branded Title. I have been assured by the dealership that the problem was fixed, which was a battery issue. It comes with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Also has three years remaining on the power train warranty. Still worth it?
