If you contacted the dealer through CarGurus, you will receive a message within 7 days asking for your review. Please follow the link on the email to write your review.

LOL @ Judge,,,you're a trip, dude!! He/she didn't ask how YOU rate the particular dealer YOU dealt with, but what the process is for rating a dealer thru Car Gurus in general!

Give Judge a break, Racer. The initial question could have been interpreted both ways...

Judge: Customer Service...were you treated with respect and friendliness? Knowledge of Inventory: Did the sales associate know which cars he had in his inventory and the facts about same? (condition, mileage, Carfax report, etc) Were you allowed to test drive your vehicle(s) of choice without a salesman in the passenger or back seat driving YOU nuts with talk? You need to be concentrating on the car. If you had concerns, did the dealership invite you to take it to an independent mechanic (this is done at the customer's cost and well worth it if buying USED). If interested, did you make an offer........low ball or sensible? Were you able to agree on a realistic price. OVERALL.........in MY opinion, though the car obviously matters, what you are basing your review on is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Perhaps none of the dealer's inventory was a good match for you at this time, but if reviewing the dealership, make customer service your priority in writing a review.....this is MY opinion.

I'm really just joking with him @ TSG_AUTO. I known Judge Roy for a little while now....I'm sure he knows I'm not being serious :)

Thanks TSG_AUTO, the woman at BMW of Concord (she was Japanese, can't come up with the name right right now) really wanted to peform the 30,000 mile service on the MINI, is the only place close to the town of Clearlake. 95424....MINI wants $210.00/quart for the CVT oil- no personally had no other association other than a sexy woman vieing for my money....which the work still needs to be done, needs a waterpump too, but can wait...Not sure what Racer_X connection with roy and the cookie monster, perhaps a single minded fixation?

LMAO....don't read too much into the Cookie Monster pic @ Judge....I wasn't associating you with one of my favorite Sesame St. characters at all....I was just being silly. Then again...Hmmm? Now that I DO think about it...You DO have this fixation for your Mini Cooper in a similar way that Cookie Monster does with cookies "Mee Want Cookie...Mee Eat Cookie...Nom Nom Nom!!" Just messin' with ya, dude :) Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

You're cool dude, wish you were in town here we could meet face to face, yet- you can take the boy out of Milwaukee, but will never take the Milwaukee out of the boy~ pisses me off the way Sesame Street was de- funded..."what about garbage?...where's it go?...uuhuuhuhooh" some key important problems facing society were met with smiley satisfaction~
